CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Any cancellations must be placed by directly emailing our sales team at sales@iansaude.com
All merchandise returns will be accepted within 15 days. Customers must report shortages or damages within seven days of initial receipt of their order.
In the unlikely case that merchandise arrives damaged, please call us at +1.805.706.0268 to report the issue. You will be asked to take a photo of the package and/or merchandise in question and requested to send that photo to us. For insurance purposes, please retain all original packaging. After review and approval, you will be issued a return authorization (RA) with shipping instructions.
With the exception of back-ordered merchandise, if you receive an order with shortages, we will immediately ship you any missing pieces if we have them in-stock. If items are not in-stock you'll be given a choice to either:
select another SKU to replace the missing merchandise
receive a merchandise credit to be applied to a future order or
have the amount credited back to your account
VARIANCE
Please note that, with very few exceptions, each scarf, wrap, throw and blanket in our collections has been carefully hand crafted by skilled artisans using centuries old techniques. Because of the entirely handmade nature of these pieces, slight variations in texture, color, embellishment or other factors may sometimes occur and should not be seen as flaws but as unique characteristics that attest to the individuality and the entirely handmade nature of these products.
