Located in San Luis Obispo’s Design District, our showroom is a place to experience all that Ian Saude has to offer.
It is a space for both the public as well as designers to come and browse through all of our collections.
The downstairs showroom showcases every aspect of the business, while our upstairs studio
offers a space for professionals to peruse our catalogs and sample libraries to find just what they need to
complete their next project.

Ian Saude Inc. has joined forces with SpecCeramics, a leading tile resource in California. As the sole representative for the Central Coast & Valley, we have access to Spec’s vast catalog of artisan tile.
Ian Saude Inc. is also partnered with KHLA Flooring, a line of luxury hardwood sourced from France. Available in many styles, colors, and configurations, this line is sure to have just what you need for your next project.
