One of our major goals in creating the showroom was to bring more diverse, high-quality design resources to the Central Coast. Therefore, this space is designed predominantly for the A&D and Building Community to source finishes and design elements and to gain inspiration. Our showroom works to source the most sought after tile designs for the A&D community. In addition, we are the official reps for the Central Coast & Valley for Spec Ceramics (a major tile importer in the Western US) providing access to over 80 international tile brands.
Ian Saude offers an extensive collection of hardwood & LVT flooring, from a dozen different manufacturers. We also develop custom wood floors. Available in many styles, colors, and configurations, so you can always find just what you need for your next project.
