Using Your Credit Card

For purchases made via this website it is our general policy to gain authorization from your credit card issuer for the full amount of the items you have purchased (including any applicable taxes, shipping, handling or other fees) at the time of check-out. 

In-stock merchandise generally ships within 72 hours. 

For made-to-order merchandise, lead times vary by the type of product. At IANSAUDE.COM we understand how important your security is to you.  That is why we have taken appropriate measures to ensure that your online shopping experience is both safe and pleasant.

This software platform for this Site and its e-commerce functionality are provided by Squarespace, our online store hosting provider. All of Squarespace's built-in e-commerce tools are PCI-DSS compliant. PCI-DSS compliance is a security standard for companies and organizations that handle payment information from consumers. PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a framework for developing a robust payment card data security process—including prevention, detection and appropriate reaction to security incidents. Therefore, sensitive card data fro online transactions is never handled by Squarespace nor by IAN SAUDE INC. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers; neither Squarespace nor IAN SAUDE INC. has access to this information. To securely process transactions, Squarespace uses one of two payment processors: Stripe or PayPal. Both Stripe and PayPal are also PCI-DSS compliant. For any specific PCI-DSS compliance questions, please contact the payment processor directly.

Internally, as noted above, your credit card information for online transactions is never visible to IANSAUDE.COM or to our Client Care Representatives.  Therefore, if someone calls in to check on an order, please be advised that our Representatives will not be able to share any sensitive details about the credit card account used to make a purchase.

Please also note that, in general, e-mail is not sufficiently encrypted to be considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information. Therefore it should never be used as a means for transmitting payments or communicating with us about purchases made on this Site.
